My Italy bucket list

My Italy bucket list

Italy  |  Italy

Italy is one of my favourite countries, an incredible destination I return to time and time again. So I did the one thing bigger than repeatedly travelling to Italy: I moved to Italy. While living here, I promised myself to travel to as many destinations as possible within Italy. So one of my friends gave me a fantastic idea: make a bucket list!

Visiting Îles de Frioul: I did everything wrong so you don’t have to!

Visiting Îles de Frioul: I did everything wrong so you don’t have to!

France  |  Marseille

I believe I discovered Château d’If through a Belgian television show and I was immediately curious. So I promised myself to visit it whenever I would travel to Marseille. But some things are not meant to be.

So clearly, this day did not go as it was supposed to, but when travelling: expect the unexpected. Luckily, I reached the islands but how I got there and how I spent my day on the islands went very differently than I planned. I think I made all the possible mistakes. Thus I am sharing them with you so you can have a stress-free visit!

How to spend 48 hours in Marseille, France

How to spend 48 hours in Marseille, France

France  |  Marseille

Start your day by walking to Marseille’s Old Port. This place is a great starting point to walk anywhere in the city or in some cases to take the Petit Train. If you have not had breakfast yet, I recommend searching for a little breakfast spot for a croissant and a coffee. Having breakfast with a view of the boats in this picturesque port doesn’t sound so bad, does it? Visit the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde

Finding Falke’s photography gear

Finding Falke’s photography gear

It can be very daunting to research new camera gear. I find it very scary to spend big amounts of money on material things so looking for camera bodies, lenses, accessories are all very intimidating to me. Over the course of my blogging life, I have expanded my gear from my old camera with just a single lens that I bought when I was 14 years old to a quickly expanding camera bag that I take with me on all my travels. My photography gear definitely isn’t the most extensive or advanced, but I find it works well for what I need from it.
